Robert Perthuis has over 25 years of experience in private placements of debt and equity in a number of industries including alternative energy, homeland security and technology.
Prior to joining Scott-Macon in 2007 to focus on advising companies operating in the Alternative Energy, Homeland Security and Technology sectors, Mr. Perthuis was a Managing Director of Windomere Advisors, LLC which he founded in 2006. Prior to founding Windomere, Mr. Perthuis was Executive Vice President and Director of Investment Banking for Spencer Clarke, LLC. Mr. Perthuis began his career in corporate banking and for over 18 years was involved in senior debt lending, loan restructuring and workouts, energy lending, international banking for several Dallas-based banking operations including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Texas Commerce and Compass Bank.
Mr. Perthuis is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.B.A.) and Southern Methodist University’s School of Banking.
