Prior to joining Scott-Macon, Mr. Mudge worked for Hales & Company, Inc., a New York based investment bank focused on the insurance brokerage sector. Mr. Mudge executed numerous successful mergers, divestitures and equity and debt financings while at Hales. Mr. Mudge began his career in the corporate finance group at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, LLC where he worked on merger and capital raising transactions for a broad range of financial institutions.
