Mr. Hoffman has over 12 years of investment banking experience in a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Scott-Macon in 2006, Mr. Hoffman worked for ten years in the Corporate Finance department of Natixis Bleichroeder Inc. (formerly Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Inc.), most recently as Senior Vice President. Mr. Hoffman has performed merger and acquisition, equity and debt financing, valuation and corporate advisory services to clients in a broad range of industries, including: Chemicals, Clean Technology, Consumer Products, Defense, Financial Institutions, General Industrial, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Renewable Energy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hoffman held a management position at American General Finance, a leading consumer finance company.
Mr. Hoffman graduated with B.A. degrees in Economics, German, and Japanese from Indiana University and received an M.A. – Applied Economics from the University of Michigan.
